Ordering Options:
You may order online, by phone, or in person. Visits to the atelier are by appointment only.
In addition to the jewelry shown, most items are available in diamond, sapphire, ruby, emerald and colored gemstones in many cuts and qualities.
Please feel free to make custom requests. If you have a special request for a particular item, please send us an email with the style number and your choice of metal or stone and we will respond with a price. We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you to make your dreams come true.
Most designs are available in 18-karat and 22-karat gold, .925-sterling silver, .999-fine silver and platinum.
Visit our bridal section to read more about our diamonds. Each diamond ring we offer is available in many other sizes, qualities, and price ranges. Certification papers for diamonds and gemstones are available for an appropriate fee upon request. We are also able to arrange for certification of your heirloom stones.
Necklaces and chains are available in all lengths. Please inquire.
Please specify your exact ring size. If you do not know your ring size, we can ship you a Ring Sizer for a nominal fee of $10.00.
Actual size of items pictured: a measurement appears next to many items. This measurement represents the length of the item from top to bottom. For rings, the width of the band is described in millimeters.
Payment:
We accept VISA, MC, American Express, Discover or money orders for your purchases. Checks are accepted only as a deposit for an order.
Shipping & Handling:
Free shipping on orders of $500.00 and above; $15.00 on orders under $500.00. Our packages are shipped with Federal Express, standard overnight, insured. Additional insurance charges may apply.
Delivery:
Orders are generally shipped within 10 business days. Custom orders may take 2 to 4 weeks. Special commissions may take longer. We will give you an approximate date of delivery specific to your order. Please advise us of your preferred delivery date if your item is for an event or a gift. We will do our best to accommodate rush deliveries.
Exchange Policy:
All custom orders and special commissions are final. There are no cash refunds or exchange credits on custom work. We allow exchanges on stock items within 10 days of purchase for merchandise credit only.
Please call or email us with your return information and we will give you a return authorization number to write on your package. We cannot accept any returns without a return authorization number. Also, let us know if you would like a new item in exchange, or a jewelry credit. We advise you to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
